Recruitment Analysis - Chelsea F.C
I created a recruitment analysis project focusing on Chelsea FC, examining the club's transfer strategies and player performance over the past two years under the new ownership, compared to the previous two years under the former regime. My analysis incorporated numerical data to evaluate various recruitment methods, player transfers, and their subsequent impact on the team.
By comparing different recruitment approaches, I identified patterns and differences in transfer strategies between the two ownership periods. I also assessed the performance of new signings, creating a numerical rating system based on key performance indicators. This system allowed me to quantify the effectiveness of each transfer, providing a clear comparison of player contributions before and after their acquisition.
My findings revealed significant trends and insights into the recruitment processes and their outcomes, highlighting the strategic shifts and their implications for Chelsea FC's performance on the field. This project not only enhanced my analytical skills but also deepened my understanding of sports management and the critical role of strategic recruitment in achieving competitive success.
